Weekend Retreats

Prices start from £3500 for a 3 day retreat, not including cost of the venue.

Amy is an amazing yoga teacher and led us through a super relaxing sound bath.

Matt has a wealth of knowledge in all things health and wellness. I personally took a lot from the nutrition workshop... I’ve made those changes and can already feel a difference in myself, even after 1 week!

There’s so much more I haven’t mentioned - the wimhoff breathing, the cold water immersion, more of that scrumptious food! The list goes on...

"Going into The Wolfpack Retreat I was lacking direction, my wife and I had become estranged and I didn't know why or how to fix it.

I didn't ask to go, I didn't think that it would help and I didn't think that I would be fixed. But my wife booked me a place on the course....For her I went.

The course for me has been a game changer.  I didn't get the expected speech about how I needed to improve myself to become an "Alpha", exercise 3 times a day and only eat protein. What I got was a safe place to talk, to listen and ultimately understand that what I was going through was not unique or terribly different to what others go through. That far from needing to take on new skill sets and "man up", I needed to tear down the fog that surrounded me and prioritise my life on my values, not others. I had every tool I needed already in me, the weekend helped me focus to draw them out, and better still apply them.

I would highly recommend this retreat to all of those wanting to push the reset button and see what life could be like."

Matt Dickens

Matt has worked in professional sports for over 10 years; with Olympic champions & international rugby players to world-class motorsport racers & alpine skiers.  He’s worked with incredible practitioners and athletes from all over the world.  He’s learnt the common threads of optimal performance whilst understanding how to tailor them to specific individuals.  

He is also an accredited coach with the UK Strength and Conditioning Association, has an MSC in Strength & Conditioning from St Mary's University and a wealth of scientific supported knowledge in all areas of human performance.

This knowledge and experience combined with a huge love of life, has led to the Atlas Health + Performance philosophy where a foundation of Optimal Health leads to Optimal Performance.
